MansaPay is a proud subsidiary of the Black Business Investment Fund (BBIF). Established under the Florida Small and Minority Business Act of 1985, BBIF has been a cornerstone of support for Black businesses since its inception in 1987.

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, BBIF began as a loan fund to foster the creation and expansion of Black-owned businesses. BBIF provides loans, education, and training to support Black entrepreneurs and business owners through strategic partnerships with banks, the state of Florida, and local governments.
